What does a fall family photo session look like?

Fall is such a beautiful season for family photos, but it is also a very rainy season here in Vancouver during Autumn months. I only book 2-4 families during fall and winter months, this allows for rescheduling flexibility due to poor weather. There is no extra fee to reschedule, and if the weather is dry then we will go ahead with our session!

We had to reschedule once with this playful family. It literally started to rain as soon as I left the parking lot! Good thing we got some amazing photos before the downpour.

I think I had too many favourites from this session, I had trouble choosing which ones to share! This family was laidback and easy going. We captured some really sweet moments! Also check out their awesome colour coordinated wardrobe!

This is one of my favourite Surrey locations, with a good variety of field, trees, and beach! There were also a couple of photographers there that day doing family photos at the same place! It’s popular for a reason 🙂

I thought September was shaping up to be my busiest month, but turns out October bookings are nearly full. There are a few November and December spots left for those brave enough to tackle our freezing weather!
