I want to jump on here and let you guys know that I am also offering in-home lifestyle newborn photo sessions.

What is lifestyle newborn photography?
Awesome images of your family without all the cheesy props and unnatural poses. The first few weeks are really tough for new parents. I understand how stressful and sleep deprived it can be.

Getting those newborn photos are important because babies grow up really fast, but a photo session doesn’t mean it has to be lengthy or stressful. My in-home sessions are relaxed and easy. I come by your home during the first few weeks of baby’s arrival, and I simply capture your family as you are. Sure I will guide you a bit, but new parents are usually so fascinated with their new baby. It is easy to capture those tender loving moments!

If you’ve got older children, I’d love to capture those first moments meeting a new sibling! Kids don’t follow directions or like being told how to pose, so I won’t do that. I engage the children, and when they feel comfortable, I will capture some sweet moments with their new sibling.

I am not the photographer you hire if you want images of the baby wrapped perfectly in a cocoon, sleeping peacefully in a basket. I am an emotional person and my work reflect that. I love to help families capture emotive images that they can really feel the connection.

If you are expecting a baby, be sure to connect with me! In-home sessions take place in the comforts of your home, and it can be scheduled within a month of baby’s arrival. I offer families lots of flexibilities when it comes to booking newborn sessions, to ensure mom has recovered from her delivery.
