I am a family, newborn, and maternity photographer located in the Vancouver + Richmond area. Maternity photos are typically taken around 30-36 weeks. We can take advantage of our beautiful city backdrop, or opt for a cozy in-home session. If you’ve got little ones, they are welcomed to join in on the fun! It’s a perfect time to refresh the family photo.

WHEN

Anywhere between 30-36 weeks. Our priority is to make sure that mama is comfortable and moving around for the session won’t be too difficult.

WHERE

Maternity sessions can be outdoors or in your home, whichever if the most comfortable for you. Outdoor sessions will take place an hour before sunset, and in-home sessions will be scheduled mid-day.

MATERNITY + NEWBORN

I offer a package discount for families booking a maternity with a newborn session. It’s a great way to document your journey to motherhood. It’s just one less thing to worry about once the baby arrives! Newborn sessions are done in your home. We can book the dates once you are settle in your home, and mom is feeling comfortable. There isn’t a rush to get newborn photos within 10 days of life, anywhere from days old to a few months old is perfectly fine!

Maternity sessions with me are relaxed and natural. I don’t use any props or offer outfit changes. It is simply documenting your beautiful growing family. I give simple prompts and verbal guidance to help you relax and I am focused on capturing emotional connections between you, your partner, and your children.
