Surrey Family Photos – If you are planning family photos in Surrey, I have several awesome suggestions! Here are two of my favourite Surrey locations for family photos! Get ready to save these for your next family session.

Blackie Spit – South Surrey

This is just off of Crescent beach, it is one of my top locations for Surrey. Blackie Spit is located in South Surrey, right by the water. The area has beautiful mountain backdrops, a view into Mud Bay, and gorgeous shorelines. I love that there is a small field with vegetation, tidal marsh, and rocky beach. The diverse nature landscape provides an amazing variety of images for families. Kids can enjoy running around the fields, and throwing rocks in the water. There is plenty of parking if you pick this location!

Green Timbers Lake – North Surrey

This is an oasis nestled in a busy part of the Surrey neighbourhood. Green Timbers Urban Park is one of the largest parks in Surrey. Located near the Guildford area, it features trails, massive fields, and a lake! I love finding locations with both fields and water, because kids love to explore in nature. Green Timbers Lake has a beautiful grove of trees as the backdrop, and a scenic lake area perfect for photos. The parking lot is very limited, so arrive early if you choose this location!
