Summer wardrobe ideas for family photo session! Many families will ask what to wear or how to coordinate their outfits for family photo session. I always suggest wear something that makes you comfortable! Avoid neon colours, large graphics, bold patterns. Summer months are warm and it is a great time to bust out our dresses and rompers! Don’t forget small details like summer shoes and light cardigans for chilly evenings!

You don’t want to match, but compliment each other with coordinating colours. Here a few summer wardrobe ideas!

Green + Pink + Neutrals
I like this colour combination since these colours may be easy to find in our existing wardrobe.

Blue + Green + Neutral
This pastel colour palette screams summer! A flowy dress, or a light denim, paired with simple polo shirts for the boys!

Navy + Mustard
Jumpsuits and rompers are so cute for little ones and moms! Small patterns are better than large ones! Less distracting for the eyes.

Burgundy + Navy
I am loving these colours and inspirations from Old Navy! Burgundy and pink pair so well with navy.
