Do you need wardrobe ideas for your next family photo session? I can offer you some ideas if you don’t know what to wear!

Families often ask what to wear, and I always tell them something comfortable and shows a bit of your personalities!

As a general rule, pick 1-2 colours + neutrals. Small delicate prints are better than large bold patterns. Always avoid neon colours and large graphics!

It’s best to not match outfits, but coordinating colours and patterns!

How do you choose the colour palette?

It’s easy and tricky all at the same time! You can pick mom’s outfit first, and plan everyone else’s outfit using the colour scheme found on mom’s outfit. Or you can be adventurous and pick two complimentary colours, meaning two colours from the opposite of the colour wheel. Simply put, a warm + cool colour like yellow and blue!
